Job Description
Landjet Omaha is seeking a professional Chauffeur (Pilot) to join our team. The Pilot will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to customers and clients while maintaining a high level of quality service. We are looking to add a pilot who needs a flexible schedule, has an outgoing personality, strong attention to detail, knowledge of Midwest metro areas, and a great driving record. We're looking for team members who can provide the service-focused responsibilities and professional communication necessary for a chauffeur, those with a true knack for hospitality. We hire only the best professional chauffeurs. Our customers have requests for transportation that can happen in the early morning or late evening, on weekends and holidays... we're looking for team players who can support each other with all these requests.
Responsibilities
• Requires the ability to stay overnights with some trips in hotels.
• Safely operate a 7-passenger van to transport clients to their desired destinations, including hotels, business centers, and other designated locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their luggage, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations, including speed limits and parking restrictions, to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users.
• Maintain a clean and presentable van, both inside and outside, ensuring that it is well-stocked with necessary supplies provided by the company.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, co-workers, and dispatchers using clear and professional language.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, trip details, and passenger feedback to facilitate efficient reporting and analysis.
• Perform regular inspections of the van, checking for any maintenance issues or safety concerns, and promptly report any problems to the appropriate department.
• Continuously update knowledge of local traffic patterns, road construction, and alternate routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.

Requirements
- Previous experience in chauffeur services preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - No CDL Required!
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills
- Familiarity with hospitality and customer service practices
- Ability to operate a 3500 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
