Requirements:
- Full time in office position
- Prior customer service experience preferable in the insurance industry. insurance license required, will consider getting license after start date at reduced salary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- proficient in using Microsoft office and ability to learn agency management system software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fact paced environment
